General Provisions

As BoatNationUSA.com is a new website in the selling and buying of boats and the website is always improving, changes to this agreement may occur periodically. All changes will be posted on or before such modifications occur. User of this websites agree to be bound by this agreement as such modifications occur. BoatNationUSA reserves the right to restrict member use, member access, terminate the BoatNationUSA website , or any of it’s contents as BoatNationUSA deems necessary.

All advertisements that appear on BoatNationUSA is for informational purposes only. BoatNationUSA will be held harmless for all errors that occur. BoatNationUSA strives on producing the best service available to it’s members. It is the members responsibility to assure that all vendors and/or sellers are of good standing and that the product that the vendors and/or sellers represent is in sound or satisfactory condition relative to the advertisements representation.

Although BoatNationUSA is not responsible for the reputation, condition or representation of the sellers or sellers products BoatNationUSA asks that you inform us of any discrepancies . Your grievances can be expressed through our Customer Service Department at webmaster@BoatNationUSA.com

Buying and Selling Boats or Merchandise

BoatNationUSA is an advertising service bringing buyers and sellers together. BoatNationUSA does not provide any information concerning the advertisement. All information within the advertisements is provided solely by the seller. The seller alone is responsible for the information posted. Terms of any sale between buyer and seller and requirements by law, I.e. sales tax, documentation, registration, are the responsibility of the buyer and/or seller and should be considered when negotiating the purchase of a any boat. BoatNationUSA does not guarantee the validity of the funds in any form received from the buyer. It is our hopes that the BoatNationUSA members will act honorably, respectfully and with the utmost judgment when dealing with each other while responding to an advertisement.

Sellers are required to honor any price or terms posted on any advertisements. All boat documentation must be readily available for sale of boats. Sellers must provide accurate information about boats and the availability for a prospective buyer to communicate with seller. Sellers must provide potential buyer with any and all information concerning said boat free of charge. If at anytime BoatNationUSA considers any users use of our website as inappropriate or if our website is used in any promotions without our prior written consent BoatNationUSA reserves the right to deny anyone use of our website.

Periodic quality assurance analysis will be performed by BoatNationUSA. These analysis will consist of assuring that the random selected sellers are indeed representing themselves and/or their advertisements with complete accuracy relative to the advertisement. As a member of the BoatNationUSA family you hereby agree to take part in these periodic quality assurance analysis. BoatNationUSA will not tolerate any misleading and/or deceiving methods utilized by a seller. BoatNationUSA reserves the right to expel said seller’s advertisement or said sellers use of our website.

BoatNationUSA insists that all laws relative to boat sales are followed as are practiced and recognized under each state of the United States and abroad. BoatNationUSA will readily make available any data or documentation requested by law enforcement agencies or regulatory officials. As a BoatNationUSA Member you agree to these terms. Practices of misleading, defamatory, obscene, threatening , abusive acts that infringe on the rights of others will not be deemed appropriate and BoatNationUSA reserves the right to terminate access to any individual who violates these terms. BoatNationUSA will comply with all requests by law enforcement agencies or regulatory officials and disclose any and all information requested by law enforcement agencies or regulatory officials to assure and implement our member agreement or to protect the rights and safety of our website users, visitors, the public, sponsors, vendors and members of the BoatNationUSA family.

BoatNationUSA is not responsible for the sale or success of your advertisement. The seller agrees to pay the advertisement fees for the advertisement package you select. Advertisement fees are not refundable. Be careful in entering your information and carefully review all information entered before confirming payment. BoatNationUSA will certainly assist in the editing of any erroneous information provided. BoatNationUSA will constantly entertain various sponsor links that are operated by the perspective business and not BoatNationUSA. BoatNationUSA will make available to it’s members a diverse array of boating related links to allow BoatNationUSA members to utilize our website for all of their boating needs. Although we entertain and encourage our members use of these sponsor links BoatNationUSA cannot guarantee the accuracy , reliability , quality, products, services, and prices of the services and/or products provided by said sponsor links. You release BoatNationUSA and it’s affiliates from any damages that may incur, and agree not to declare any claim against BoatNationUSA and it’s affiliates, arising from your use of third party products or services obtained from the BoatNationUSA website. BoatNationUSA wants their valued members to fell free to share their e-mail addresses with individuals selling their boats. You agree to use those e-mail addresses of those responding to your advertisements only for the sole purpose of communicating with them about the sale of that advertisement. You agree not to use the information concerning other BoatNationUSA users, or the boat they listed or searched for on BoatNationUSA for any other purpose other than to explore the possible purchase or sale of the listed boat. This includes telephone numbers, listing information, e-mail addresses or any other information.

This BoatNationUSA Member Agreement has been prepared in and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Florida. By using BoatNationUSA you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Miami, Florida in all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or use of the BoatNationUSA website.

BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
